A sourced example of reconciliation, reform, or de-escalation linked alongside harm pages.

The gap between recorded incidents and lived harm caused by weak reporting systems, mistrust, legal thresholds, or institutional filtering.

A category of evidence such as official statistics, survey data, human-rights reporting, archives, or academic work.
